· Package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject To availability)

· We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.

· We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.

· Though Himachal have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities available cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destination.

· All Sightseeing Point will be covered if weather, road condition is clear and possibility of vehicle to reach there, otherwise sightseeing up to barrier point will be provided.

· Vehicle will not be at disposal. It will be available as per itinerary only. (point to point basis) there will be extra cost charged for taking the vehicle outside the itinerary.

Description

Today morning, Before 04:00 AM proceed to Rohtang Pass.

After Wait sometime till the Gulaba check post gate is opened. It will take approx. 1 hour to reach Rohtang Pass, After reach Rohtang Pass, spent there your time, enjoy in the snow. After finish this back to Manali. On the way explore, Gramphu Waterfall, Atal Tunnel, (Photo Graphic Points). After this return to Manali for your further journey.(Trip timing 6 to 8 Hours Max.)

Cancellation Info

· If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amount is non refundable, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour, a further charge will be levied as follows:-

· ·30 days prior to departure of the tour, advance amount is non refundable, advance will be charged.

· ·30 days to 15 days prior to departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost.

· ·14 days to 07 days prior to departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost.

· ·07 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.

· ·There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.
