Cancellation Info

Cancellation Policy

More than 7 days before departure: 10% of the package amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
3–7 days before departure: 25% of the package amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
24–72 hours before departure: 50% of the package amount will be charged as cancellation fees.
Less than 24 hours before departure or No-Show: 100% of the package amount will be charged. No refund will be applicable.

Refund Policy

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Any applicable payment gateway or bank transaction charges are non-refundable.

Booking & Rescheduling

Rescheduling is subject to vehicle availability and should be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
If the trip is interrupted due to natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, additional charges (if any) will be borne by the customer.
Deepu Taxi Service reserves the right to cancel or modify the booking due to unavoidable operational reasons. In such cases, a suitable alternative or a full refund of the booking amount will be provided.
