- Cancellation 30 days or more before the trip: 90% refund of the tour cost (excluding any non-refundable booking charges).

- Cancellation 15–29 days before the trip: 75% refund.

- Cancellation 7–14 days before the trip: 50% refund.

- Cancellation 3–6 days before the trip: 25% refund.

- Cancellation within 48 hours of departure or No Show: No Refund.
