If cancelled within 07-21 days of the date of arrival: 75% of the total amount of the stay will be charged as retention charge.
If cancelled within 07 days of the date of arrival: 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged as retention charge.
In case of No-show or Check-out prior to the departure date: 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged as retention charge.
