- 10–14 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost will be refunded.

- 3–9 days before departure: 30% of the tour cost will be refunded.

- 1–2 days before departure: 10% of the tour cost will be refunded.

- Less than 24 hours before departure or No Show: No refund will be provided.
