Cancellation charges are calculated from the date we receive written notice:

30+ days before departure: 10% of package cost
15–29 days before departure: 25% of package cost (up to 100% during peak/festive season)
7–14 days before departure: 50% of package cost (up to 100% during peak/festive season)
Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of package cost (no refund)

Cancellation fees are calculated on the total package cost before tax, not on the advance payment. After a booking is modified, it cannot be modified again. No refunds will be issued for unused services, early check-outs, or no-shows.
