Cancellation Info

Free Cancellation Window: Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled pickup time.
Partial Refund (Within 72 to 24 Hours): If the booking is cancelled between 72 hours to 24 hours before pickup, 70% of the total booking amount will be refunded. The remaining 30% will be retained as service and operational charges.
No Refund (Within 24 Hours): Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup or no-show cases will be non-refundable due to prior driver allocation, vehicle blocking, and operational commitments.
Natural Conditions / Force Majeure: In case of cancellations due to uncontrollable situations such as adverse weather, road blockages, landslides, government restrictions, or natural disasters, refunds will be processed after deducting applicable service charges. The final decision will be taken by our team based on real-time ground conditions and expenses incurred.
Booking Amendments: Date or time changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the journey. Additional charges may apply.
Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Important Note: All cancellations must be made via official communication channels (call/WhatsApp). Advance/token amount is non-refundable in peak season bookings unless otherwise confirmed.
