Chardham Yatra Places


When you start your Chardham yatra from Delhi, you will reach Haridwar at first where you can see the Ganga Aarti at Har ki Paidi. The trip will start the next day and you will visit all 4 dhams in a sequence.

The Chardham Yatra consists of four sacred pilgrimage sites:

  • Yamunotri: The source of the Yamuna River, Yamunotri is the first stop. Famous for its hot springs and scenic views. Pilgrims also trek to the Yamunotri Glacier which is the actual source of the Yamuna and has stunning views of the mountains.
  • Gangotri: At 3,100 meters, Gangotri is the birthplace of the Ganga River. Devotees come to Gangotri to worship Goddess Ganga. The temple is surrounded by deodar trees and is situated near the river bank making it a peaceful and divine place.
  • Kedarnath: Kedarnath Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva is at 3,583 meters. The trek to Kedarnath can be tough but spiritually very rewarding. The temple is situated against the Kedarnath mountain and attracts thousands of pilgrims.
  • Badrinath: The last stop in the Chardham Yatra, Badrinath is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. At 3,133 meters it is one of the most visited temples in India and has beautiful views of the mountains. The temple is situated on the banks of Alaknanda River and surrounded by scenic views making it a favorite among devotees and tourists.

Day 03

Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot

Early morning drive to Jankichatti. Start trek to Yamunotri Temple (6 km one way, pony/palki available).

Take holy dip in Surya Kund, darshan of Goddess Yamuna.

Return trek and drive back to Barkot.

Barkot to Uttarkashi

Guptkashi – Sonprayag – Kedarnath

Kedarnath – Sonprayag – Guptkashi

Badrinath to Rudraprayag

Helicopter, pony, palki charges: Any personal arrangements for helicopter tickets or animal rides during the Kedarnath/Yamunotri treks.

Darshan/Puja charges: Special pooja fees, VIP darshan passes, or any donation at temples.

Entry tickets & permits: Entrance fees to shrines, monuments, or forest areas, if applicable.

Personal expenses: Shopping, snacks, bottled water, camera/video charges, tips to driver/helper, or extra stops beyond agreed itinerary.

Emergency expenses: Any extra transport or stay due to landslides, road blocks, natural calamities, or personal health issues.

Cancellation Info

  • Free cancellation if cancelled 4 days or more before the scheduled pick-up date.


  • 50% cancellation charge if cancelled 2–3 days before the scheduled pick-up date.


  • No refund if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up date or for no-shows.


  • In case of unavoidable circumstances (like natural calamities or government restrictions), full refund or reschedule option will be provided, subject to availability.
