• The booking token amount is non-refundable.

• Cancellation made 15 days before the journey date: 50% of the package amount will be refunded.

• Cancellation made within 7 days of the journey date: No refund will be applicable.

• No refund will be provided for unused services, no-shows or early departure from the tour.

• Any refund, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days.

• In case of road blockage, bad weather, natural calamities or government restrictions, refund will be subject to hotel, transport and service provider policies.
