Cancellation Info

Cancellation 30 days or more before the trip: 10% of the total package cost will be deducted.

Cancellation between 15 to 29 days before the trip: 25% of the total package cost will be deducted.

Cancellation between 7 to 14 days before the trip: 50% of the total package cost will be deducted.

Cancellation less than 7 days before the trip or on the travel date: 100% of the package cost will be charged.

No-show or early departure: No refund will be provided.

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to our official email.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

No refund for unused services or missed sightseeing due to any reason.
