Unlimited Kilometers: Drive anywhere within Jaipur city limits without extra per-km charges.

Roadside Assistance: 24/7 breakdown support or vehicle replacement within Jaipur city.

Essential Accessories: Mobile holder for GPS navigation and a basic first-aid kit in the boot.

Paperwork: Clean documents (Insurance, RC, and PUC) kept in the vehicle.

Package Exclusions

Fuel: The vehicle is provided with a "Point-to-Point" fuel policy (customer returns it with the same level of petrol as received).
Traffic Fines: Any challans or fines for overspeeding, wrong parking, or riding without a helmet are the customer's responsibility.
Interstate/Outstation Travel: This rate is for Jaipur local use only. Permits for traveling outside Rajasthan are extra.
Damage Recovery: Any physical damage to the body, lights, or tires during the rental period must be paid for by the customer.
Late Return Fees: A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed; after that, an hourly late fee of ₹100/hour applies.
Parking & Entry Fees: Tolls, monument parking fees (like at Amer Fort or Nahargarh), and entry tickets are not included.
Pick-up & Drop Service: Doorstep delivery to hotels or the Railway Station is available for an additional charge of ₹100–₹150.

Cancellation Info

No Refunds: Once a booking is confirmed and the payment is made, the amount is strictly non-refundable.

No-Show Policy: If a customer fails to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking will be cancelled with no refund.

Early Returns: If a customer returns the Activa before the rental period ends (e.g., returning it in 12 hours instead of 24), no partial refund will be provided.
