Day 01: Delhi – Nainital (Approx. 325 KM)

Upon arrival at Delhi airport/railway station our executive will receive you with warm welcome. Our representative will take you to Nainital. Reach in Nainital check into the hotel. Evening you are free for your leisure time, you can enjoy shopping at Mall Road. In the evening you will escort back to hotel, have dinner and stay overnight at hotel.

Day 02: Nainital Lake City Tour

Today is the second day of Nainital tour. In the morning after a delicious and nutritious breakfast at the resort, proceed for a day excursion to the lush green city of lakes, Nainital. In about 45 minutes you will reach Naini Lake which is surrounded by Mall Road and Nainital Market. Visit Naina Devi near the lake, take a boat ride (at your own expense), take a walk along the lakeside Mall Road, and visit the Raj Bhavan which was once the British residence. Drive a little further to visit Zoo, Tiffin Top, Naini Peak, Hanuman Garhi and other tourist places. Come back to the resort in the evening, have dinner while enjoying music accompanied by melodious tunes. After dinner go to sleep in your luxurious room.

Day 03: Nainital- Delhi for Departure (Approx. 325 KM)

After a healthy breakfast check out from the hotel. Our representative will take you to drop back to Delhi airport/ railway station for your onward journey with unforgettable memories.

Cancellation Info

For all the services contracted, certain advance payment (Approx. 40% to 60% of total package cost) should be made to hold the booking on confirmed basis. In case of High Season / Long weekend/ Train Journey / last minute bookings may require full payment. The balance amount should be clear before the commencement of the services. Management personals hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.
Standard Check-in time: 12 Noon Check-out: 11 AM for all locations. Early check-in & late check-out is strictly subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, room to be reserved from the previous night.
In the case of cancellation / Modifications and rescheduling in package services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
30 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
15 days prior to arrival: 35% of the Tour / service cost
07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
This policy may change during High season/ Festivals/Christmas / New Year and others long weekend without any prior notice.
In case of any reasons if you cancel the trip after commencement then refund would be restricted to a limited amount only and depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. We do not take any guaranteed of refund in the case of unused accommodation, missed meals, missed flights / train/chartered etc.
Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.
Bookings of wildlife safaris /Sanctuaries/Mountains are non-refundable. Even date change request will be considered as cancellation and no payment will be refund/ adjusted against it.
Kindly note that after the finalization of the Package/service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of Museums, Monuments, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants’ safety, comfort & general well-being.
We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment’s, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
Air Condition in Vehicles will not be operational on hilly areas (due to mechanical reasons). Driver reserves the rights to switch off/operate AC as per the terrain, climate and vehicle conditions.
There are some monuments/areas, restricted for Vehicle entrance by the local authorities. In any such case, Vehicle will drop you till the nearest possible point and further arrangements will have to be managed by Client.
We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All luggage’s & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.
