Group tour management and assistance during the journey
All applicable hotel taxes
Package Exclusions
Personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, tips, etc.
Pony, palki, doli or helicopter charges for Kedarnath (own cost)
Any meals not mentioned in the inclusions
Medical expenses, travel insurance, or emergency costs
Entry fees or camera charges, if applicable
Extra expenses due to natural calamities, roadblocks, or delays
GST or any government taxes, unless mentioned
Cancellation Info
25% advance payment is mandatory at the time of booking.
In case of cancellation, the advance amount is strictly non-refundable.
Advance payment may be adjusted for a future tour, subject to time-based deductions as per company policy.
The amount of deduction will depend on the date of cancellation before tour departure.
No refund will be given for no-show or early departure during the tour.
In case of tour cancellation due to natural calamities, weather conditions, road closures, or government restrictions, refunds or adjustments will be processed only as per actual recoveries from hotels and transport providers.
Dwarkanath Tour and Travels reserves the final right to decide cancellation and adjustment matters.
