2 weeks agoDo not use Nova Car rental.. they are big time thieves.. they took the money for a brand new Hi cross inova but gave me a Ordinary 6 year old inova which had a Crysta sticker on it .. dirty car , over charge for everything . they include pick up and drop , but at dropping point they demand extra if u do t pay you they treaten to abandon you in the middle of the road with your luggage and family. Big con .. stay away from this company
