Extremely Poor and Unreliable Service I had a very bad experience with Quick Cars / Quick Solutions & Services listed on SafarCabby. I booked a self-drive car for my family trip after seeing their listing on the SafarCabby website. The vendor, Chirag Yadav, confirmed the booking and took full payment of ₹22,999 in advance. He promised a Skoda Kushaq, free airport pickup and drop, and smooth service. However, when we reached Guwahati Airport, the experience was completely different: • The promised car was not available • We were made to travel to multiple locations with luggage • The vehicle shown was different and in poor condition • Despite multiple calls, the situation was not resolved • We were forced to cancel the booking • No refund has been issued till date We had to travel with family and a child, wait for hours, and incur additional expenses. The vendor stopped responding after taking the full payment. This experience caused financial loss, mental stress, and disruption of our entire trip. I strongly advise others to avoid booking through this vendor and to be extremely cautious before making any payment. I hope SafarCabby reviews this vendor seriously to prevent other customers from facing similar issues.
